Overview
The main goal of this Master Programme (hereinafter - IPPM) is development of professional competence in the international public procurement management, practical orientation on the implementation of the best global public procurement practices; establishment of constructive interaction between participants in international public procurement, compliance with ethical and sustainable principles in the public procurement management and public-private partnership; integrity and zero tolerance for corruption. IPPM offers professional procurement specialists the opportunity to improve their skills and upgrade their competences to participate successfully in public procurement procedures set by international institutions.
Thecorefaculty
The best international, Italian and Ukrainian specialists are involved in the training process - professors from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, State University of Trade and Economics and other renowned institutes and universities around the world, procurement specialists from the EBRD, the World Bank, other international institutions and the private sector.
Content
IPPM studies the background of public procurement, as well legal and economic; current challenges to public procurements like innovations, digitalization, monopolistic practices, corruption risks, war and the need of Ukrainian economy recovery, sustainable development trends and the most efficient ways to meet them; exact national and international procedures of public procurement, e.g.the procedures of IFIs.
Admission requirements:
- Recognized Masteror Specialist’s degree
- Proficiency in English(≥B2)
- Work experience in public procurement. To be eligible for scholarship candidates must be employed in a public institution.

Selection procedure:
Selection procedure consist of 2 steps:
1. SUTE admission exams: professional exam and English language exam (≥B2).
2. Interview with representatives of URTV and financial donors (optionally). The joint admission committee will make the final selection.
The decision of scholarships rests with the institution providing the funding.
